Houseing around
The past few months have been a hectic race to get the house "ready" for Chase.
The kitchen remodel is finally done. Yay! New - cabinets, counters, sink, dishwasher, floor, all in a whole new layout (except for the floor. Its still in the same place ;).
Its much nicer, far more efficient, and our wallets are much lighter.
I've got our and the baby room floors refinished, and most of the stuff is back in place. The baby room is basically done, and there are more stuffed animals in there than I ever knew could even exist. Oy.
We've also got all our bags packed and ready to go, just in case junior decides to make an early appearance (we're thinking any time within the next 2 weeks).
My only request at this time is that the boy wait til after next Friday, just so that we can see the new Star Wars movie in the theater. I told Sally if he's born before then, his new name will be Anakin.
